Have a look at this story of a job hunter, the video is about  a middle-aged man who was recently made redundant, he has the experience but he's now too old for some positions. 

For the past year-and-a-half, Jack Iannaccone's job has been looking for a job. He worked for a pharmaceutical company for more than two decades, and was living the American dream, a manager making a six-figure salary. Now, every day is a struggle to find a new job, in a market that's one of the worst since the Great Depression.
